Das Gesetz zur Vermeidung von Umsatzsteuerausf\u00e4llen beim Handel mit Waren im Internet und zur \u00c4nderung weiterer steuerlicher Vorschriften ist beschlossen. Das hat ab 2019 eine lohnsteuerliche Relevanz in folgenden Bereichen: Dienstwagenbesteuerung (Privatnutzung von Elektro- und Hybridelektrofahrzeugen, aber auch von E-Bikes und Fahrr\u00e4dern), Arbeitgeberleistungen f\u00fcr Fahrten zur Arbeit, betriebliche Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung und Pauschalierung von Direktversicherungen.
