F\u00fcr 2023 sind in der Statistik des Bundesfinanzministeriums fast 47.900 Verfahren wegen <strong>Steuerstraftaten<\/strong> aufgelistet, die von den Bu\u00dfgeld- und Strafsachenstellen der Finanz\u00e4mter bearbeitet worden sind. Dabei setzten die Finanzbeh\u00f6rden allein f\u00fcr Steuerordnungswidrigkeiten Bu\u00dfgelder von insgesamt rund 16\u00a0Mio.\u00a0\u20ac fest. Hinzu kamen bundesweit 34.600 F\u00e4lle der Steuerfahndung. Dabei wurden entgangene Steuern in H\u00f6he von rund 2,5 Mrd.\u00a0\u20ac festgestellt.
